L1&2 On this practice, the exploration of our body in space will be done through the awareness of balance, alignment, movement, stillness, breath and feel within the postures (‘asanas’). |

L1&2 Gentle Flow is a slow paced class connecting specific movements and asanas(postures) within a flow of breath, joy and renewal ! A very graceful class. |
| EVERYbody Yoga |
L1&2&3 This class strives to encourage mindfulness, build self-trust, and reconnect to your body. All fitness level and all body sizes are encourage to engage on this practice (bigger bodies, someone who might feel intimidate by yoga, early pre-natal mamas...). Poses will be individually modified as required by your body. |

L1&2&3 Within heart-soothing flows, this is a class for joyful connections with the postures, breath, motion, and stillness. (all in one) |
| Vinyasa Flow |
L2&3: "It is a State of Grace". Carefully balanced sequences with the flow of yoga postures, where the breath is the guide for the motions. The waves of the flow bring peace and awareness. |
| Intermediate Level Vinyasa Yoga |
L2&3&4 is a vigorous, free-flowing style of yoga. Students with prior experience in any style of yoga will quickly feel at ease in this intermediate level class. Expect to sweat, to gain both strength and flexibility, and to have FUN as the practice unfolds. This is a class full of joy, laughter, and deep exploration of the art and science of yoga. |

| Multi-variety Yoga |
This is a class where you have a change to experience from basic postures to gentle flows, from restorative to intermediate postures, from chakra yoga to pranayama / breath awareness, from Yin yoga to yang flows, from meditation to yoga philosophy and on...and you have a chance to connect w/ all of ISY instructors. This class is normally held in a 6 weeks basis, but can be as drop-in any time. |

All levels This class is an excellent way to introduce your body to Yoga; here we explore the basics of asanas (postures), breath awareness, and relaxation techniques. Suitable for beginners and all levels. You will be encouraged to honor your own abilities and explore your boundaries. |
| Multi Level Yoga Flow |
All levels We'll get into the postures through creative flows / sequences towards expanding the energy awareness within our bodies. All levels are welcome and modifications and challenging options will be presented. |

All levels With the assistance of movements, quietness, hand positions (mudras), breath (pranayama), postures (asanas), affirmations, mantras, and concentration we expand the awareness of the physical, mental, emotional, and subtle bodies exploring the 'yoga within'. |
| Basics-on...Flow |
All levels welcome, but a knowledge of postures is suggested as the class moves to further develop the knowledge provided in basics/intro classes. Introduces various levels asanas, pranayama, and bandhas. The class incorporates flowing sequences, breath awareness/pranayama techniques, meditation, hands on alignment, and relaxation. Eclectic music is played with soundtracks from such artists as Michael Franti, Krishna Das, and The Beatles. |

Prenatal yoga is a gentle class for mamas-to-be, honoring the goddess within. Nurtures the nurturers with supportive postures to assist with pregnancy for flexibility, balance, strength, and to aid with preparations for the miracle of birth. Focuses on breathing and relaxation. No experience required, just come barefoot and pregnant! |
